A seasoned lawyer with a diverse background, Raj Dhatt brings a wealth of experience and passion to the entertainment industry. Raj began his career at a national law firm in Vancouver, B.C., where he practiced commercial litigation before transitioning to Corporate Counsel for an international design firm. Currently, as General Counsel for a global apparel brand, Raj practices in the areas of intellectual property, licensing & brand collaborations, brand protection, commercial law, and litigation. His role involves striking high-profile licensing deals with major iconic companies, as well as collaborating with artists on unique product ventures. Reflecting his interest in the field, Raj has earned a certificate in entertainment law from Osgoode Hall Law School and participated in programs at USC's Gould School of Law and the Beverly Hills Bar Association Institute on Entertainment Law. Now, as the visionary behind Raj Dhatt Projects, his mission is to guide South Asian artists to international success, leveraging his legal and business acumen in a non-legal capacity.

Bobby Lohcham
Bobby is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with a deep passion for Punjabi music, which he understands intimately. This passion is rooted in his family's legacy as film producers, songwriters, and concert promoters—pioneers in bringing Punjabi acts to large arenas in Vancouver. A graduate of the Operations Management Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Bobby currently leads international projects for GoChip Pet Technology, where he oversees project management, operations, design, marketing, strategy, and serves as the unofficial "fixer" for all thorny issues that come with operating in countries like India, Thailand, and Indonesia. His strong business acumen and extensive experience managing complex projects are now being seamlessly transferred to artist management, where his love for Punjabi music fuels his dedication to supporting and elevating artists in the industry.

Jonathan Simkin founded 604 Records alongside Chad Kroeger, the frontman of rock band Nickelback, just over 20 years ago. As Nickelback’s lawyer for almost 30 years, Jonathan’s deep connection with the band and his shared passion for promoting Canadian talent led to the creation of 604 Records. Since its inception, Jonathan has served as the president of 604 Records, overseeing the growth of a roster that now includes 29 artists, among them major names like Carly Rae Jepsen and Marianas Trench. Under Jonathan’s leadership, 604 Records has become a powerhouse in the music industry, consistently producing and nurturing top-tier global talent.
